Central Propaganda Department announces decision on personnel work

This afternoon (January 25), in Hanoi, the Central Propaganda Department held a conference to announce the decision on personnel work for the Communist Party of Vietnam Electronic Newspaper and Propaganda Magazine.

Mr. Lai Xuan Mon - Member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department - attended and delivered a speech assigning tasks.

According to Decision No. 3245-QD/BTGTW of the Central Propaganda Department, the decision to appoint Mr. Pham Duc Thai - Member of the Editorial Board of the Communist Party of Vietnam Electronic Newspaper, to hold the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Communist Party of Vietnam Electronic Newspaper, from January 24, 2024, with a term of appointment of 5 years; Decision No. 3246-QD/BTGTW, the decision to assign Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Hue - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Propaganda Magazine to be in charge of the Propaganda Magazine from January 24, 2024.

Speaking at the assignment, Mr. Lai Xuan Mon emphasized that the two personnel appointed and assigned tasks today are all well-trained cadres, have a firm political stance and ideology, always cultivate revolutionary ethics, strive, and train to perform well in previous positions and in many different units.

Mr. Lai Xuan Mon suggested that Ms. Nguyen Thi Minh Hue and Mr. Pham Duc Thai in their new positions need to continue to cultivate, train, strive, and firmly maintain their stance; continue to practice ethics, lifestyle, and demeanor worthy of their new positions, meeting increasingly high requirements; constantly research, explore, and learn to continue to improve their political theory, expertise, and professional skills to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

In addition, it is necessary to promote the achievements of the Communist Party of Vietnam Electronic Newspaper, fulfill the important missions, responsibilities and tasks that the Party, the State and the Board's leadership expect and assign to the Newspaper and Magazine; promptly improve and enhance the quality and effectiveness of the Communist Party of Vietnam Electronic Newspaper and the Propaganda Magazine to become modern, exemplary and worthy multimedia press agencies.

Speaking on behalf of the two personnel appointed and assigned today, Mr. Pham Duc Thai - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Communist Party of Vietnam Electronic Newspaper - expressed his honor and gratitude for the attention and trust of the Board's leadership in assigning him the new responsibility.

Mr. Pham Duc Thai promised to fully absorb the instructions of the Standing Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, quickly catch up with the work, constantly practice, cultivate, train, strive, improve professional capacity, unite internally, coordinate well with the units in the Department to increasingly better meet the requirements of the tasks in the new situation, and excellently complete the political tasks assigned by the Department's leaders.
