Since childhood, when she accidentally witnessed female traffic police officers on duty, helping people in traffic accidents and being admired by her family and people around, Hang was fascinated by that uniform. "At that time, I was determined to grow up to become a female police officer like that", Hang said. Due to the nature of the police force with few female quotas, many times her family and friends advised Hang to change her wishes. However, the female student was still determined to fulfill her dream of wearing the uniform of a police officer. In her first year of study, Hang participated in the initial training course at the Training and Professional Development Center 2 - the cradle of training and familiarization with the environment of the armed forces. "Here, we do things that we have never done regularly, such as folding blankets, exercising every morning, and following a prescribed routine... Along with that, the pace of life becomes more hurried and we have to stand under the scorching sun for hours on end, which makes it difficult for me to adapt immediately," Hang recalls. After a while, Hang overcame herself and unexpectedly was able to do things that she never thought she could do before. According to Hang, that was the challenge to train and build a brave police officer.

While studying Administrative Management of Social Order, Hang won second prize in the Writing Contest on Drug Prevention and Control Law at the People's Police University. "From the contest, I learned more in-depth knowledge about drugs, the harmful effects of drugs and the current regulations of our country's law on drug prevention and control. In the following contests, I gained more experience, and gradually, my achievements also increased," the female student shared. During her studies and performance of duties, Hang remembers most the time she participated in a political practice activity combined with Green Summer in Soc Trang province. Here, Hang was able to participate in activities, support people in building houses, participate in a number of activities serving the work of mass mobilization, electronic identification, making citizen identification cards... "Receiving the warmth and affection of the people here towards the police force, I myself feel extremely happy and proud, it is the motivation for me to continue to strive "to serve the people", Hang said.

In addition to her expertise, Hang is also a familiar face in the work of the Youth Union of the armed forces. As a Youth Union Secretary, Hang believes that in order to directly lead and attract youth union members, first of all, she herself must be active in participating in extracurricular activities. Hang shared that in her role as Youth Union Secretary, she still has many concerns because she has not been able to organize more activities for youth union members due to the characteristics of the armed forces unit. One of the difficulties is organizing activities outside the unit, diversifying and making the form and content of the activities more attractive to attract youth union members to participate. "Currently, there are also many activities in coordination with other agencies and departments, but they are also limited within the administrative scope and include some contents such as volunteering, culture, arts, sports ...", Hang said.

In addition to her professional work, Hang is also a familiar face in the Youth Union work of the armed forces.
