Youm7 newspaper emphasized that both countries are committed to promoting bilateral trade cooperation and striving to increase two-way trade turnover to 1 billion USD in the coming time, focusing on strong products such as seafood, agricultural products and garments (from Vietnam) as well as chemicals, fertilizers and pharmaceuticals (from Egypt). Investment cooperation between Vietnam and Egypt is assessed to have great potential, especially in industries such as Halal food processing, textiles, clean energy and logistics.
Meanwhile, Al-Ahram newspaper, which has the largest readership in Egypt, assessed that President Luong Cuong's state visit to Egypt marked a substantial step forward in realizing the agreements signed between the two sides.
Meanwhile, Egyptian newspapers Al-Gomhuria and El-Balad said the two countries have great potential to promote cooperation in tourism and people-to-people exchange. Vietnam is a new and attractive destination for tourists from the Middle East and North Africa in general and Egypt in particular.

Regional media consider this a strategic direction that can become a new pillar of cooperation, especially when the two countries pursue sustainable development and emission reduction policies.

Egyptian and Middle East - North Africa media also highly appreciated the two sides' commitment to expanding student exchanges, academic research and teaching Arabic - Vietnamese at each other's universities.

Egypt is strategically located as a bridge between Southeast Asia and Africa, while Vietnam is the gateway to the ASEAN market. President Luong Cuong’s visit to Egypt opens up opportunities for the two countries to promote their strategic positions in regional connectivity and promote links between ASEAN and the Middle East and North Africa region.
