Specifically, the Ministry of Public Security directed local police to strengthen patrols, control, and strictly handle violations of traffic order and safety in the spirit of respect for the law, handle them resolutely, without exception; focus on handling violations that are direct causes of traffic accidents such as: violations of alcohol and drug concentration regulations, speeding violations; proactively prevent, stop, and strictly handle acts of gathering to disturb public order, and illegal racing.
