Those are the existing impulses of the time before 2024! In 2025, Vinh city will continue to change when it converges with larger, stronger impulses, ready to break out in the near future.
This person cited that recently, the National Assembly approved the plan to build a North-South high-speed railway through 20 provinces and cities. And also very urgently, while investors are still examining the plan to build the backbone of the transportation of the rising era, somewhere the super contractors have been "tested" for the largest packages. From Hanoi , Vinh city is one of the largest cities located at the beginning of the journey to implement the expressway project. Therefore, the advantage of "benefiting" from the trans-Vietnam high-speed railway will come sooner than other localities. “High-speed railways will have a huge impact on the development of existing cities. Each station not only plays the role of a stopover and transit point for passengers, but also a golden key to open the door to a new phase. More importantly, it will have a direct impact on the real estate market of cities along the highway,” the investor emphasized.

According to research by experts from the University of Sydney (Australia) and Xi'an (China): the Tokaido Shinkansen high-speed railway has caused commercial real estate prices in the area adjacent to Tokyo and Osaka to increase by 67%. In China, the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway has helped the real estate market in neighboring areas grow by 87%.
