Attending the closing ceremony were Deputy Director of the Department of Grassroots Culture, Family and Library Nguyen Quoc Huy; Vice Chairwoman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Minh Thuy; Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Khanh Hiep; along with delegates, leaders, artists, singers, actors, musicians of mass art troupes.
The festival will take place from June 1 to June 6, 2025, in Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province. The festival will feature 23 mass art troupes from the following provinces and cities: An Giang, Bac Lieu, Bac Ninh, Ben Tre, Binh Phuoc, Dak Nong, Dong Thap, Gia Lai, Hanoi , Hau Giang, Kien Giang, Kon Tum, Lang Son, Long An, Ninh Binh, Ninh Thuan, Quang Nam, Quang Ninh, Tien Giang, Tra Vinh, Tuyen Quang, Vinh Long, Vinh Phuc, bringing together nearly 1,000 actors, artists, and musicians with 122 performances.

The units participating in the Festival built a comprehensive song - dance - music program, staged in the form of a "revolutionary song group", with the content praising the Party, beloved Uncle Ho, love for the homeland, country, and Vietnam's seas and islands; praising the heroic fighting tradition through historical events and figures, the resilient and indomitable revolutionary spirit of our nation in the resistance wars, building and defending the Fatherland; the achievements in labor, production, and the country's aspirations to enter a new era - an era of striving, developing prosperity, civilization, happiness, and prosperity of the Vietnamese people.
In particular, the singing program selects genres of songs, suites, epics, and choirs in the form of solo, duet, group, and choir performances; the dance program selects genres of dance drama, dance poetry, and uses music with the sounds and melodies of revolutionary songs with or without lyrics in the form of solo, double, and group dance performances; the music program selects genres of solo, duet, and ensemble performances...
The Arts Council highly appreciates the provinces and cities that have invested in building elaborate, grandiose programs that are highly professional, diverse in form, and rich in ideas and themes...
After the performance of the best performances and programs, the organizing committee awarded certificates of merit to 24 individuals with outstanding achievements in participating in the festival. Awarded 26 gold medals for performances; 47 silver medals for performances; 8 gold medals for programs; 14 silver medals for programs.
