During the inspection, comrade Nguyen Tien Hai inspected the actual service activities of officials and civil servants of Rach Gia ward's public administrative service center; the work of receiving and handling administrative procedures for people; the application of technology in operating the public service portal to build e-government and improve service quality.
He directly visited people about difficulties and problems when coming to do procedures, listened to their suggestions to direct, adjust and perfect the service process.
Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Tien Hai directed the public administration service center to implement the motto of putting people at the center, promoting administrative procedure reform, ensuring time for processing documents, creating the most favorable conditions for people and businesses.
