From 2020 to 2025, women's unions at all levels in the province have actively innovated the content and form of activities, attracting a large number of cadres, members and women in the province to respond and participate in patriotic emulation campaigns and movements. As a result, from 2020 to present, the whole province has 195 collectives and 60 outstanding women individuals commended by the Provincial People's Committee and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union; 327 collectives and 652 individuals were commended by the Provincial Women's Union; over 3,054 collectives and individuals were commended by grassroots Women's Unions at all levels.
Speaking at the conference, the Vice President of the Vietnam Women's Union acknowledged and highly appreciated the results and movement activities of female cadres and members of Thai Binh province in the past time, and at the same time suggested that in the coming time, the Women's Union at all levels in the province focus on propaganda, mobilization, creating consensus among cadres, members, and women in implementing the policy of rearranging administrative units, streamlining the organization of the political system; proactively propose, contribute ideas, and participate in issues related to women and children; actively contribute efforts and intelligence to contribute to the development of documents for Party congresses at all levels; well prepare conditions for organizing women's congresses at all levels in 2026. He hoped that cadres, members, and women of Thai Binh province would set an example in training and cultivating ethics; learn to apply information technology, improve knowledge and understanding; continue to effectively carry out the emulation movement "building Vietnamese women of the new era". In addition, women's associations at all levels need to regularly monitor, detect, foster and promptly commend and honor exemplary women's groups and individuals, thereby spreading the beautiful image of women in the community.

At the conference, 30 collectives and 110 typical advanced women in the period of 2020 - 2025, representing over 500,000 female cadres and members in the province were commended and awarded. On this occasion, the Vietnam Women's Union and the Provincial Women's Union honored and awarded 29 outstanding women's union cadres in the period of 2021 - 2024.
