Commendation of exemplary nursery group leaders, teachers and caregivers

On the occasion of Vietnamese Family Day 2024 with the theme "Happy Family - Prosperous Nation", responding to the month of action for children and summer activities 2024, the Women's Union of Hai Phong city has just organized a ceremony to honor Union officials, nursery group owners, teachers, and childcare workers.

It is known that Hai Phong is one of ten provinces and cities chosen to implement the project "Supporting the development of private independent childcare groups in industrial parks and export processing zones until 2020" (Project 404) and is the only locality in the country to continue implementing this project.

Accordingly, the City Women's Union organized a meeting with 545 nursery group owners, teachers, and caregivers who are caring for and raising nearly 5,000 children under 60 months old at 100 private independent nursery groups participating in the Project, commending 20 exemplary families of nursery group owners, teachers, and caregivers; commending, recognizing, and expressing gratitude for the important and effective contributions of the Department of Education and Training, and specialized staff of the Women's Union of districts participating in the Project.

Over the past years, the City Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Hai Phong City have always paid attention and issued many important policies to support the development of education, including non-public education. Over the past 9 years, the City Women's Union - the standing agency of the Project Steering Committee, has implemented many activities such as: supporting teaching aids, toys and equipment for 100 private preschool groups with children of female workers studying with a value of nearly 5 billion VND; coordinating with children's groups to further promote internal resources, mobilize social resources to build facilities, equip teaching equipment, give gifts, sew children's uniforms... worth over 25 billion VND; proposing policies related to female workers, nursery group owners, private independent teachers...

In particular, the Women's Union at all levels has made significant contributions to the city's overall achievements in protecting, caring for, and educating children as well as the Union's key tasks and campaigns such as the campaign "building a family of 5 no's, 3 clean's, 5 yes's - 3 clean's, contributing to fostering the good values ​​of Vietnamese families".

Giving gifts to 16 outstanding elderly women

On this occasion, the Hai Phong City Women's Union also commended 16 outstanding elderly women who participated in building the Union organization and successfully implemented the campaign "Building a family of 5 no's - 3 clean's" associated with building a cultural family, building a prosperous, happy, progressive and civilized family.
