Speaking at the conference, comrade Trinh Thi Hoa, Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Head of the Union Working Committee emphasized: Over the years, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor has always determined that, in addition to activities to protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers, accompanying union members' families and taking care of future generations is a profound political and humanitarian responsibility.

Organizing a conference to honor exemplary union member and laborer families; children of union members and laborers with high academic achievements not only contributes to spreading the good values of Vietnamese families, but also encourages children to continue to strive, adding confidence and motivation to parents, so that each family can truly be a loving home and a solid support for laborers.
He suggested that all levels of trade unions in the province continue to promote the work of building prosperous, progressive, happy and civilized families among union members and workers. Maintain and expand models of supporting students who are children of union members and workers to overcome difficulties and study well; regularly organize rewards and present gifts to children of union members and workers who have achieved high academic achievements. Coordinate with units and enterprises to pay more attention to the lives of union members and workers so that each family has conditions for sustainable development.
