Commendation and reward for 50 outstanding ethnic minority families in Dong Nai province in 2025

(DN) – On the morning of June 20, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions held a conference to commend and reward exemplary ethnic minority families in Dong Nai province in 2025.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Duc Hoa, Deputy Director of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, said that family work in general, including family work in ethnic minority areas in particular, has always been directed and organized by Party committees and authorities at all levels over the years, bringing about many valuable results.

Ethnic minority families have coordinated and promoted their role in educating and raising their children to comply with the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws; actively participated in socio-economic development, maintained security and order, cultural identity, and built a new cultural lifestyle in ethnic minority areas. Thereby, contributing to maintaining political security, social order and safety in ethnic minority areas, and building the great national unity bloc.

The conference to commend and reward outstanding ethnic minority families in Dong Nai province in 2025 was held during the National Action Month to Prevent and Combat Domestic Violence and towards Vietnamese Family Day (June 28) to honor, commend and promote exemplary families among ethnic minorities. Thereby, promoting propaganda and mobilizing individuals, households, communities and society to build prosperous, equal, progressive and happy families.

The Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions will continue to closely coordinate with authorities at all levels and relevant agencies to implement practical support policies for ethnic minorities; ensure the legitimate rights of ethnic minorities...
