The contest and inspection aim to continue to improve the quality and effectiveness of logistics and technical support work, meet the increasing demands of soldiers, and contribute to building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary, typical" unit. At the same time, review existing problems and difficulties, promptly draw lessons from leadership, command, direction, operation and implementation; continuously improve the ability to ensure and standardize logistics and technical work.

Implementing the plan of the military branch, the Party Committee and commanders of agencies and units have thoroughly grasped and deployed the comprehensive consolidation of logistics, technical work, military supply infrastructure, and preparation for the competition. Regularly carry out logistics, technical work, labor hygiene, fire prevention and fighting with a serious spirit and high responsibility according to the motto "Regular - Safe - Effective - Scientific - Sustainable".

The Organizing Committee and the Department of Logistics and Engineering have done a good job of guiding and directing the units to comprehensively consolidate 7 contents with 40 criteria of the competition, 4 contents with 209 criteria of the inspection. The units have organized the competition and inspection at the grassroots level; Brigade 229 has done a good job of preparing to host the opening of the competition and inspection.

In his opening speech, on behalf of the Party Committee Standing Committee and the Head of the Corps Command, Major General Tran Trung Hoa commended the efforts of the Organizing Committee, the Logistics and Technical Department, Brigade 229, 12 units participating in the contest "Unit with good military nutrition and good military supplies management" and 24 units inspected for regular implementation of logistics, technical work and occupational safety and hygiene, and fire prevention and fighting in 2025.

In order for the contest and test to achieve the set goals and requirements, the Commander of the Engineer Corps requested the Organizing Committee and the Jury to promote democracy, organize the contest, test and grade according to the plan and regulations. Score, evaluate the results and propose rewards for typical units strictly, objectively, fairly and accurately. Proactively grasp and resolve arising issues, ensuring absolute safety. The contest teams promote the spirit of learning, research and application of science and technology, absorb new and effective models and methods; draw experience from visiting Brigade 229 to apply in their units.
