Binh Dinh approves international general hospital project worth over 1,300 billion VND

The People's Committee of Binh Dinh province has just approved the investment policy of Long Van International Hospital Project. The project is implemented on an area of 4 hectares at YT-01 land, Long Van New Urban Area, Tran Quang Dieu Ward, Quy Nhon City. The investor was selected through bidding.

Long Van International Hospital project has a scale of 200 beds to provide high-quality medical services with specialized focus on obstetrics, pediatrics and cancer treatment (including 4 blocks A, B, C, D with a height of 9 floors).

The project has a total investment of over VND 1,336 billion; of which the project implementation cost is over VND 1,310 billion, the remaining cost is compensation, support, and resettlement. The project implementation progress is within 60 months from the date the project implementation contract takes effect or the investor is recognized.

To implement the project, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province requires the investor to have a plan and a plan for recruiting and arranging hospital staff, especially for the hospital's highly specialized team of doctors. At the same time, the equipment and machinery invested in the hospital must be new, modern, and have advanced technology; ensuring good service for the needs of the highly specialized team of doctors in examination and treatment, especially in the specialized fields of obstetrics, pediatrics and cancer treatment.

Previously, in mid-March 2025, the People's Committee of Binh Dinh province also approved the investment policy of the Nhon Binh International General Hospital Project.

Nhon Binh International General Hospital project has a scale of 350 beds, on an area of about 1.16 hectares (at land plot CCDT-2.13, Nhon Binh ward, Quy Nhon city.

The total expected investment capital of the project is over 637.2 billion VND, of which the project implementation cost is over 628 billion VND. The expected project implementation progress is 4 years from the date of the project implementation contract.

Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee informed that Binh Dinh is currently planning and attracting investment in building international hospitals, international nursing homes, and international schools to meet the health care andeducation needs of investors, experts and families, creating peace of mind when working and living in the province.
