Promote product brand development
Binh Loc Ward currently has 10 products that meet OCOP standards. Specifically, the products are: vegetarian fish sauce from pineapple, Tuong Viet soy sauce, black soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce, Truong An soy sauce, lemongrass stir-fried soy sauce, spring roll dipping sauce of Hoa Sen Facility; dried black fungus products of Nutrition World Company Limited (NutriWorld) and dried jackfruit products of Hung Phat Dried Jackfruit Company Limited.
After 30 years of building and developing the brand for product lines processed from soybeans and some spices such as: soybean paste, soy sauce, black bean paste, chili sauce, tomato sauce, etc., Hoa Sen Company has increasingly expanded its market. The company's products are known and trusted by many consumers in and outside the province. In particular, this company currently has many products certified by OCOP, thereby opening up many opportunities for the company to continue to improve product quality, expand the market, customer segments, etc. The company focuses on applying technology to production; promoting and introducing products through e-commerce platforms.

According to the People's Committee of Binh Loc Ward, in addition to the general support policies of the superiors, the ward will proactively coordinate with credit organizations such as the Social Policy Bank, the Provincial Farmers' Support Fund, the Development Fund of the Provincial Cooperative Union... to connect and introduce OCOP subjects to access preferential loans. The ward also accompanies and supports OCOP subjects through integrating programs, projects and capital sources for science and technology , agricultural and industrial promotion, to help establishments invest in machinery, improve technology and upgrade product designs...
Diverse channels of support and companionship
Binh Loc Ward is promoting the diversification of deep-processed products from local agricultural products such as dried cashew nuts, dried bananas, mushrooms, etc., helping to increase value, expand consumption markets and increase income for people.
The owner of Hoa Sen Facility said: In the coming time, the facility will continue to develop new product lines to meet consumer needs, especially green and clean products; at the same time, strive to maintain and upgrade products that have met OCOP standards to move towards sustainable development, enhancing the brand and product value of the facility in particular and the locality in general.
Vice Chairwoman of Binh Loc Ward People's Committee Nguyen Thi My Hang shared: Binh Loc Ward identifies food as the key product group in OCOP development in the coming time, in order to exploit and maximize the available potential of the locality, especially the strength of agriculture with many types of specialty fruit trees such as rambutan, durian, mangosteen, jackfruit, mushrooms... The Ward will continue to support OCOP entities to complete documents, improve product quality and packaging to extend and upgrade the star rating for existing products such as various types of soy sauce and dried wood ear mushrooms, striving from 3 stars to 4 stars.
In the coming time, the ward will build the OCOP product brand in two key directions. For the agricultural product group, the ward will mobilize cooperatives to register growing area codes for key fruits such as rambutan, durian... to trace the origin, affirm the Binh Loc agricultural product brand and increase the value of products in the market.
For the processed product group, the Ward People's Committee will coordinate with the Commune Farmers' Association and related units to mobilize people to form stable raw material areas, providing quality inputs for OCOP production facilities. This method not only ensures stable output for farmers but also creates a clean, uniform source of raw materials for processing facilities, aiming at sustainable development and linking production - processing - consumption.
