Over nearly 10 years of implementing Decree No. 76, logistics support in the 34th Army Corps has always received close leadership and guidance from Party committees and commanders at all levels; the logistics officers and personnel have received basic training, meeting the requirements of their duties. The material standards for logistics support for troops have been implemented correctly, contributing to improving the living standards and health of officers and soldiers.

The Corps' Logistics Department has proactively advised, proposed, and provided specific guidance on logistics regulations and standards; organized the reception, distribution, management, and use of materials in accordance with regulations. For many years, the Corps has ensured full compliance with standards for military supplies, uniforms, medical equipment, barracks, electricity, and water; maintained a regular health check-up schedule; and effectively organized sanitation, disease prevention, and food safety. Barracks facilities have been invested in, renovated, and repaired to meet the training and living requirements of the troops, contributing to building a strong, comprehensive, "exemplary, and outstanding" unit.
Besides the achievements, the conference also pointed out some difficulties in the implementation of the Decree, such as: some norms and standards are not suitable for practical realities; the infrastructure of newly established units' barracks is still cramped; the budget is limited; and the norms for health examinations, waste treatment, medicines, and chemicals for disease prevention do not meet the requirements.

Based on the assessment of results, the conference identified the following key directions and solutions for the coming period: continuing to thoroughly understand and strictly implement Decree 76 in conjunction with Resolution No. 1658 of the Central Military Commission on logistics work until 2030 and beyond; promoting the advisory role of the Logistics-Technical agency; effectively carrying out healthcare and ensuring the material and spiritual well-being of soldiers; strictly managing and efficiently utilizing logistics resources; promoting agricultural production, improving meals, and ensuring a clean and safe local food supply.
In addition, the 34th Army Corps continues to invest in and upgrade barracks infrastructure; strengthen inspection, guidance, and compilation of reports on implementation results, gradually standardizing material and logistical support norms, contributing to improving the quality of life for soldiers, meeting the requirements of building a revolutionary, regular, elite, and progressively modern army.
