- On October 15, the Military Command of Lang Son province received 3,000 sets of civilian clothes from the Ministry of National Defense 's support fund to promptly help people affected by the recent storm No. 11.
Immediately after receiving the civilian clothes from the Ministry of National Defense, the Provincial Military Command urgently organized the classification and packaging of 2,000 sets of men's clothes and 1,000 sets of women's clothes. At the same time, it deployed forces to quickly transport these clothes to communes heavily affected by floods in the province such as: Huu Lung, Van Nham, Tuan Son, Yen Binh, Thien Tan, Trang Dinh, That Khe, Tan Tien.

In localities, the Provincial Military Command directed the Defense Command of Regions 1 and 3 to deploy the distribution to people to ensure publicity, transparency, and the right subjects, especially prioritizing poor households, policy families, and lonely elderly people.
This is a practical activity, demonstrating the spirit of mutual love and responsibility of the army in relief work, helping people overcome difficulties and gradually recover after natural disasters.
