On the basis of the contents that have been propagated at the conference, the Party Committees and commanders of agencies, units and localities continue to promote extensive propaganda work to all cadres, soldiers and people about the stature, value and historical significance of the Great Victory of Spring 1975 and the great resistance war against the US to save the nation under the wise leadership of the Party, President Ho Chi Minh and the direction, management, organization and command of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense , the heroic and resilient spirit of the army and people of the whole country.

Units need to apply various forms of propaganda, through oral propaganda, exhibitions, pictures, exchanges with historical witnesses, forums, seminars, visits to historical sites... Through propaganda, raise awareness, foster belief, revolutionary ideals for cadres, soldiers and people to believe in the Party's leadership in the cause of innovation, bringing the country into the era of national development.

The units have done a good job of educating the nation's traditional morality of "When drinking water, remember its source"; remembering the merits of heroic martyrs, comrades and compatriots who heroically sacrificed their blood and bones, contributing to the cause of national liberation, national unification, building and defending the Fatherland; regularly taking care of families with preferential policies and people with meritorious services to the revolution.

Officers and soldiers proactively grasp the situation, fight and refute false and hostile arguments, and actively propagate and spread activities to celebrate the Liberation Day of the South and National Reunification; promote the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, actively study, practice, improve training level, training ability, combat readiness, and successfully complete all assigned tasks.
