In 2024 and the first 6 months of 2025, the Hospital has thoroughly grasped and strictly implemented the Directive of the General Department on combat readiness tasks; effectively implemented the combat training plan; ensured that the military medical force for the tasks assigned by superiors completed the tasks well. At the same time, effectively implemented digital transformation in all aspects of the Hospital's work; connected the TSLqs network to 100% of the Hospital's departments and divisions, proactively applied shared software, put into operation personal digital signatures used on document management software, work records and centralized digital signatures on medical examination and treatment software. Proactively created resources to consolidate and upgrade the information technology software system for effective application in professional activities; deployed the Electronic Health Records of soldiers in the Army in 2025 according to instructions.

Colonel Nguyen Van Chinh, Director of Military Hospital 105, reported on the work results in 2024, the first 6 months of 2025 and the direction for the last 6 months of 2025.

Regarding professional work, the Hospital strictly maintains 55 professional working regimes of the Hospital. Examination, admission, emergency, treatment, and patient care are timely, safe, and effective; surgical and internal medicine techniques continue to be maintained and promoted effectively in emergency and patient treatment. From the beginning of 2024 to present, the Hospital has examined nearly 330,000 patients, admitted more than 49,000 patients, and performed more than 13,000 surgeries... The Hospital has organized continuous training and education, and transferred techniques to line units and localities according to plan; approved outlines, accepted scientific research topics, technical innovation initiatives in accordance with regulations; conducted health check-ups for military recruitment and new soldiers for line units with good quality.

Regarding the tasks for the last 6 months of 2025, Lieutenant General Tran Minh Duc requested that the Party Committee and Command of Military Hospital 105 strictly grasp the resolutions, orders, directives, and plans of the superiors, comprehensively deploy all aspects of work, focusing on the following key tasks: Implement and complete the assigned targets and tasks of the 2025 Work Plan. Ensure military medicine and ensure forces for parade and A80 parade practice. Maintain 55 professional working regimes of military hospitals, 83 hospital quality criteria.
