Therefore, the weather on land will have rain, moderate to heavy rain, some places will have very heavy rain and thunderstorms. Rainfall is from 40 - 80mm/24 hours, some places will be higher than 100mm/24 hours.

Offshore, there will continue to be thunderstorms, southwest winds at level 6, gusting to level 7, level 8, rough to strong seas. Offshore wave heights range from 2.5 to 4.5m on average. In coastal areas, they range from 1 to 2m. From noon tomorrow (November 7), the wind will gradually decrease. The risk level for natural disasters due to strong winds at sea is level 2.
Regarding the hydrological situation from November 6 to 9, the flow on rivers in the province fluctuates with a tendency to gradually increase, then decrease. On the Luy River, Ca Ty River, and La Nga River, there is a possibility of a flood. The flood peak is likely to reach from above level II to level III warning.
On Long Song River, Quao River, Phan River, Dinh River, water levels have risen sharply again. Warning of very high risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on steep slopes, mountain passes, and slopes with large slopes, localized flooding in low-lying areas in urban areas.
In response to the warning from the Lam Dong Province Hydrometeorological Station, localities have been implementing plans to respond to storms and post-storm circulation.

Typically, in Phan Thiet ward, the Chairman of the Ward People's Committee requested relevant units to proactively coordinate with forces to notify captains and owners of vehicles and boats operating at sea to proactively prevent.
The Phan Thiet Area Construction Investment Project Management Board inspected and reinforced the system of barriers, signs, temporary works, open excavation areas, manholes, and drainage culverts. Along with that, it required the contractors constructing traffic works in the ward to fully install barriers, warning lights, and guidance signs at unfinished construction sites to avoid accidents and local traffic jams.
Also on November 6, the Civil Defense Command of Phan Thiet ward announced a plan to evacuate people when storms, floods, and inundations occur in the area.

Similarly, in Phan Ri Cua commune, the Party Committee and People's Committee proactively reviewed and inspected areas at high risk of flooding and landslides; developed and updated evacuation plans and relocated people when necessary. The locality also prepared adequate supplies and rescue equipment; organized forces on duty 24/7 to ensure smooth communication.
Specialized departments and functional forces regularly monitor the developments of rain, floods, and river water levels; coordinate with lake and dam management units in neighboring areas to promptly respond to flood discharge situations and prolonged heavy rain; provide information and quick warnings to people, especially in riverside areas, low-lying areas, aquaculture areas, moored boats, and reinforce houses.
