At the workshop, delegates focused on discussing and clarifying the orientation of research, development and strategic technical equipment; research plans, design and manufacture of automatic firing control systems for self-propelled artillery that have been deployed; technology, design and manufacture of "Made in Vietnam" finished products for strategic technical equipment products of the Artillery - Missile Force; making proposals and recommendations to the Head of the Ministry of National Defense , the Department of Military Science, the Artillery - Missile Command and relevant agencies and units.

Concluding the workshop, Major General Nguyen Hong Phong assessed that the presentations at the workshop had high scientific content, proposed feasible solutions to modernize the Artillery - Missile force, and proposed implementing 3 science and technology tasks at the Ministry of National Defense level from 2026, solving a number of limitations and difficulties to improve the quality of training and education, combat readiness, and approach modern artillery combat methods.

Agreeing with the three science and technology tasks at the Ministry of National Defense level proposed by the Artillery - Missile Command, Colonel, Dr. Duong Minh Hai requested the Artillery - Missile Command to closely coordinate with relevant units to complete the proposal and send it to the Ministry of National Defense as soon as possible for implementation.
