On April 26, the Department of Domestic Market Management and Development ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ) issued Official Dispatch No. 563/TTTN-XD requesting key traders and petroleum distributors to concentrate resources to ensure adequate supply of petroleum during the April 30 and May 1 holidays.

The Department of Domestic Market Management and Development recommends that businesses arrange human resources, organize on-call duty or overtime to maintain regular and continuous sales activities, and absolutely not interrupt the supply from the source, distribution to retail businesses.

The Department of Domestic Market Management and Development requires that in all situations, priority must be given to providing adequate gasoline to retail stores in the system.

The 5-day holiday to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day and the 139th anniversary of International Labor Day in 2025 will increase the demand for gasoline and oil. Therefore, the Department requires units to arrange enough human resources, organize on-duty or overtime to maintain regular and continuous sales activities for the market.
