On behalf of the Party Committee and the Provincial Border Guard Command, Colonel Le Cong Thanh sent his best wishes to the collective of cadres, reporters, editors and staff of Lai Chau Newspaper. He highly appreciated the role of the press agency in propaganda work, accompanying the Border Guard in performing the task of protecting national sovereignty and border security; actively reflecting the lives of people in border areas, encouraging patriotic emulation movements, and building the great national unity bloc.
