Additional personnel planning for the 14th Party Central Committee

On the morning of April 12, the Central Committee worked in the hall. Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Politburo member and Standing member of the Secretariat, chaired the meeting on behalf of the Politburo.

General Secretary To Lam chaired the process of introducing additional planning for the 14th Party Central Committee.

The Central Committee and delegates attending the conference discussed preparations for the 14th Congress and the election of the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term; and listened to a thematic report on breakthroughs in science and technology development, innovation, and digital transformation.

The Politburo met to receive and explain opinions discussed by the Central Committee on April 11 and the morning of April 12 on preparations for the 14th National Congress and the election of the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

In the afternoon, the Central Committee held its closing session in the hall. Comrade Tran Thanh Man, Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman, chaired the meeting on behalf of the Politburo.

Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Party Central Committee Secretary, Head of the Central Organization Commission, presented the Politburo's Report on receiving and explaining the continued reorganization of the political system's apparatus, reorganization of administrative units and organization of two-level local governments.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, presented the Politburo's report on reception and explanation of the preparations for the 14th Congress and the election of the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term.

The Central Committee discussed the above contents and passed Resolution of the 11th Central Conference.

General Secretary To Lam delivered concluding remarks and closed the Conference.
