Command 86 and Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank signed a cooperation agreement

On the afternoon of March 27, in Hanoi, Command 86 and the Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MB) signed a cooperation agreement for the 2025-2027 period.

In recent years, Command 86 and MB Bank have actively and proactively coordinated to closely organize and implement, ensuring quality and efficiency in performing administrative reform and digital transformation tasks in the Ministry of National Defense. In recent years, the two sides have participated in annual drills on cyber defense and anti-cyber attacks in the banking sector. In 2024, the two sides also coordinated to build solidarity houses for families in difficult circumstances in Ky Tan village, Tam Dan commune, Phu Ninh district, Quang Nam province.

Speaking at the signing conference, Major General Vu Huu Hanh, Commander of Command 86, assessed: The signing conference of the cooperation agreement between the two sides is an important milestone, a basis for enhancing coordination, contributing to improving the capacity to monitor and grasp the situation in cyberspace, ensuring information security, network security, information technology and digital transformation in the Ministry of National Defense in the period of 2025-2027, with a vision to 2030.

Major General Vu Huu Hanh, Commander of Command 86 and Colonel Luu Trung Thai, Chairman of the Board of Directors of MB Bank signed the cooperation agreement.

Accordingly, the two sides will share information on cyber-attack risks to important national information systems in the fields of security, defense, and finance; information on malware, vulnerabilities, and exploits; and leaked data discovered during the process of monitoring information in cyberspace.

In addition, the two sides will exchange and share potential in human resources, infrastructure and other resources to research, develop and create products, software, tools and equipment to serve common tasks.

Delegates at the conference signed a cooperation agreement.

The two sides also cooperate in training, drills, and exercises on response, troubleshooting, and handling incidents, ensuring information security and network security; and cooperate in the operation of the Data Center.
