The inspection team included: Major General Nguyen Xuan Thuy, Director of the Army Air Defense Department. Also present were Major General Le Van Long, Deputy Commander of Military Region 3; and Mr. Le Van Anh, Vice Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee and Head of the Provincial Air Defense Steering Committee.

To effectively carry out the tasks of disaster prevention and control in 2025 and subsequent years, the inspection team requested the Standing Agency of the Steering Committee for Disaster Prevention and Control to strengthen the leadership and guidance of Party committees and local authorities at all levels regarding disaster prevention and control work; continue to thoroughly understand and strictly implement resolutions, directives, and guidelines from higher levels; and promote the core role of the Standing Agency of the Steering Committee in advising, guiding, supervising, and inspecting, ensuring uniformity and consistency from the provincial level to the grassroots.

Proactively mobilize and effectively utilize investment resources for air defense tasks; prioritize equipping forces directly involved in air defense; organize the planning and investment in the synchronous construction of a system of air defense structures, air defense positions, evacuation areas, and shelters; encourage social participation and mobilize businesses and the public to build air defense capabilities; closely combine immediate investment with long-term, sustainable development orientations.

The air defense work of Quang Ninh province has been implemented seriously, synchronously, comprehensively, and has achieved many outstanding results, contributing to maintaining security and safety of the airspace and consolidating the air defense posture in conjunction with the defense zone.
