The Tan Tien Commune Youth Union currently has 953 members participating in 37 affiliated branches. During the 2022-2025 period, the commune's youth union work and youth movements achieved many positive results. Political and ideological education was regularly implemented, with 100% of youth union officials and 85%-90% of youth union members studying and understanding the resolutions (exceeding the set target). The "Drop of Blood, Compassion" voluntary blood donation campaign mobilized 220 youth union members to register and donate over 150 units of blood.

The commune's Youth Union also organized 15 environmental protection awareness campaigns; 32 environmental cleanup campaigns; planted over 5,000 trees of various types; organized a program to exchange plastic for succulents with 1,000 young union members participating; coordinated the distribution of 2,000 gifts to disadvantaged families; and built a playground for children worth 30 million VND...
The commune's Youth Union coordinated the organization of 6 job counseling and overseas labor export sessions for 350 young people, resulting in 200 young people finding stable jobs and 31 young people going abroad for work; they also recommended 50 outstanding Youth Union members for the Party to consider and train, of which 35 were admitted into the Party.

For the 2025-2030 term, the Tan Tien Commune Youth Union has set 17 key targets, including: striving to plant 1,000 new trees; having at least one youth model participating in maintaining security and order and preventing crime in the locality; supporting one OCOP product owned by young people; providing career guidance to 1,000 young people and introducing jobs to 250 young people; and supporting one innovative startup project. Each year, the goal is to recommend at least 30 outstanding Youth Union members for the Party to consider for membership…

The Congress announced the decisions appointing 19 members to the Executive Committee of the Tan Tien Commune Youth Union, term 2025-2030. Comrade Tran Thi Bich Hang was appointed to the position of Secretary of the Commune Youth Union for the term 2025-2030.
