During the recent peak emulation campaign, agencies and units under the Coast Guard Region 3 achieved many targets and outstanding results. Cultural, sports , and propaganda activities were organized enthusiastically, spreading a widespread spirit of emulation.

Colonel Le Van Tu, Political Commissar of Coast Guard Region 3, delivered a speech at the launching ceremony.

Launching the emulation movement "Coast Guard Emulation in Innovation and Digital Transformation," the leaders of Coast Guard Region 3 identified key areas to focus on: Enhancing awareness, innovating thinking and leadership and management methods towards digitalization; applying new technologies to command, management, training, and combat readiness; reforming military administration, and digitizing processes, data, and documents.

Representatives from various agencies and units signed a competition agreement.

Implement the "Popular Digital Education" movement to popularize digital skills for 100% of officers and soldiers by 2026; review and improve mechanisms and legal frameworks to promote innovation and digital transformation; link the emulation movement with the project "Building a Learning Society in the Army by 2030" and the "Nationwide Emulation Movement to Build a Learning Society".

The emulation campaign will run from 2025 to 2030, divided into two phases, with the following objectives: To strive to have 100% of officers and soldiers proficient in using digital platforms by 2026, becoming "digital citizens"; and to master technology by 2030, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

Major General Ngo Binh Minh presented awards to collectives with outstanding achievements during the "Making merits for the Party" emulation campaign.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Le Van Tu, Political Commissar of Coast Guard Region 3, emphasized: This emulation movement is of great importance, aiming to awaken the spirit of innovation, creativity, and proactive application of science and technology throughout the unit; creating a strong shift in thinking, leadership methods, command, and task execution.

This will contribute to building Coast Guard Region 3 in the direction of being "lean, efficient, and strong." Collectives and individuals need to strive to complete the targets and tasks so that the emulation movement achieves the highest results.
