Launching the emulation movement "Coast Guard competes in innovation and digital transformation", the leaders of Coast Guard Region 3 determined to focus on the following key contents: Raising awareness, innovating thinking, leadership and management methods towards digitalization; applying new technologies to command, management, training, combat readiness; reforming military administration, digitizing processes, data, and documents.

Deploying the "Digital Literacy" movement to popularize digital skills for 100% of officers and soldiers by 2026; reviewing and perfecting mechanisms and legal corridors to promote innovation and digital transformation; linking the emulation movement with the project "Building a learning society in the Army by 2030" and the movement "The whole country competes to build a learning society".
The competition period is from 2025 to 2030, divided into two phases, with the goal: By 2026, 100% of officers and soldiers will be proficient in using digital platforms, becoming "digital citizens"; by 2030, mastering technology, meeting task requirements in the new situation.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Le Van Tu, Political Commissar of Coast Guard Region 3 emphasized: This emulation movement has important significance, aiming to arouse the spirit of innovation, creativity, proactive application of science and technology in the entire unit; creating a strong shift in thinking, leadership methods, command, and task implementation.
Thereby, contributing to building Coast Guard Region 3 in the direction of "refined, compact, strong". Collectives and individuals need to strive to complete targets and tasks so that the emulation movement can achieve the highest results.
