“Because Ta Xua is still wild and tourism services have not yet been developed, the cuisine is not diverse. Because there are few restaurants here, you can order food right at the homestay. What creates the appeal and uniqueness in the cuisine that makes everyone who comes here addicted is the flavor of Doi Mac Ken seeds and Cham Cheo dipping sauce in the way the Northwest people prepare food,” said the girl who works and lives in Hanoi. On this trip, although the tourists had a specific schedule, when they arrived, due to the unfavorable weather on the first day, they had to go spontaneously. “Based on the weather in the center to see which places to prioritize going to first.
