Fostering knowledge of people's foreign affairs work

(HG) - Last weekend, the Provincial Union of Friendship Organizations organized a training course on people's foreign affairs in 2023. Attending were Ms. Do Thi Kim Dung, Deputy Head of the People's Aid Coordination Committee (PACCOM); Ms. Le Thi Thu Trang, Head of the Asia- Pacific Department of PACCOM; 50 delegates who are cadres, civil servants, and public employees working in people's foreign affairs in the province.

Attending the training course, delegates were shared about the work of mobilizing foreign non- governmental aid; some notes on Decree 80 of the Government on Management and use of non-refundable aid not belonging to official development assistance of foreign agencies, organizations and individuals for Vietnam; skills in writing and managing projects to mobilize foreign non-governmental aid.

The training course aims to help students grasp the Party and State's guidelines and policies on people's foreign affairs in the new situation. Especially peace , solidarity and friendship activities; information and propaganda on people's foreign affairs; resource mobilization and management of aid activities of foreign non-governmental organizations...
