During the 4 days, 134 dignitaries and officials from 6 provinces of Military Region 4 will study and research 8 topics. The focus will be on the policies, guidelines and viewpoints of the Party and State on building a national defense; protecting political , economic, cultural and ideological security in the new situation; ethnic and religious issues associated with national defense and security in the new situation...

Through the training course, the Party's awareness, viewpoints, policies and guidelines on national defense and security; economics , foreign affairs; State management of national defense and security tasks in the context of the country's international integration and promotion of industrialization and modernization will be unified. From there, it will be used as a basis for application in the activities of religious organizations in Military Region 4 according to the Party's guidelines and viewpoints, and the State's policies and laws.
