During 3 days from August 22 to 24, a training course on improving management skills of hotels, restaurants, homestays, and tourist attractions for local communities took place in Phan Thiet City.
The training course was organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Thuan in coordination with SAIGON College of Tourism (Ho Chi Minh City) with the participation of 100 students who are hotel and restaurant staff and owners of tourism businesses in the province.
During the training period, students were trained by lecturers from SAIGON College of Tourism in knowledge of housekeeping management, equipment - chemicals and cleaning methods, guest room cleaning procedures as well as related principles and standards... In addition to the theory, students participating in the training course on Improving management skills of hotels, homestays and tourist attractions were also divided into groups to discuss and practice at Doi Duong Hotel and Ca Ty Hotel (Phan Thiet City).
It is known that this activity is organized to improve the quality of human resources, meet the requirements of a professional and modern working environment, increase the satisfaction of tourists when using the service. Thereby contributing to the efficiency of business activities as well as joining hands to maintain the image and brand of Binh Thuan destination "Safe - Friendly - Quality" ...
