On the afternoon of October 26, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a summary training course to improve professional skills for the management board of cultural houses and sports areas; core teams, groups, and grassroots cultural and artistic and sports clubs in 2023.

Leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism awarded certificates of completion of the training program to trainees.

Participating in the training course taking place from October 24 to 26, 400 trainees from 41 villages and residential groups of 18 communes and towns in the district were informed about a number of issues directly related to the construction of grassroots cultural life such as: model regulations on organizing activities and criteria of cultural houses and village sports areas; instructions on establishing cultural, artistic and sports clubs; instructions on organizing propaganda and visual agitation activities; instructions on implementing civilized lifestyles in weddings, funerals and festivals... In addition, trainees directly practiced many contents related to cultural, artistic and sports activities. Trainees were also supported with club activity documents, skills to maintain and develop models for the management board of cultural houses, cultural, artistic and sports clubs...

Students performed a singing and dancing performance at the training course's closing ceremony.

The training course aims to contribute to creating positive changes in building grassroots cultural life, while meeting the cultural and sports needs of the community and creating a model for replication throughout the province.
