Hai Phong City Post Office organizes training on Sociological Investigation in 2025

On the afternoon of November 3, 2025, at the Hai Phong City Post Office Hall, the training program "Sociological Investigation in 2025" was held with the direct and online participation of representatives of the Department of Home Affairs, leaders of professional departments and teams of investigators at affiliated units.

The training session aims to equip officers and investigators with knowledge and skills on survey procedures, information collection and processing, serving the assessment of people's and organizations' satisfaction with public administrative services. This is an important task in the administrative reform process, contributing to improving service quality and coordination efficiency between the Post Office and state management agencies.

The main contents disseminated include: sociological investigation methods, working procedures, codes of conduct when interacting with people, and requirements to ensure objectivity, accuracy and transparency during the implementation process.

Organizing training helps the investigation team master the process, improve practical skills, and be ready to carry out tasks according to plan, thereby spreading the professional and dedicated image of Vietnam Post in accompanying local authorities to serve the people.
