Ca Mau general rehearsal of the opening program of Ca Mau Crab Festival

The opening ceremony of the Festival will take place at 8:00 p.m. on November 16 at Phan Ngoc Hien Square.

The opening ceremony of the Ca Mau Crab Festival - The 2nd time in 2025 (Festival) is associated with an art performance with the theme: "Ca Mau Crab: Forest scent - Sea taste". The program is elaborately staged with 02 chapters with the themes: "Ca Mau - Convergence of cultural identity and nature" and "Ca Mau Crab - Quintessence of Dat Mui".

At the rehearsal, the delegates highly appreciated the overall content of the opening art program of the Festival; the program was elaborately staged, unique and attractive to visitors. In addition, they gave some suggestions to perfect the script content to deepen and highlight the impression of Ca Mau in the hearts of every visitor coming to the Festival.

Speaking at the rehearsal, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Vu Thang requested the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to coordinate with the director and event organizers to receive comments from delegates and the Art Council to complete the opening program of the Festival; in which, it is necessary to adjust the sound and light intensity to highlight the stage; update and supplement the representative components in the script; harmoniously and appropriately combine the illustrations with the song content to create more impressive highlights in the hearts of the audience.

The opening ceremony of the Festival will take place at 8:00 p.m. on November 16 at Phan Ngoc Hien Square (Le Duan Street, An Xuyen Ward, Ca Mau Province), broadcast live on Ca Mau Newspaper, Radio, and Television and television of provinces cooperating with Ca Mau Province.
