In the latest episode of the show "Multidimensional Mirror", singer Thuy Trang, a singer who has been associated with Buddhist music for many years, shared about her musical journey.
Sharing about her chance to come to Buddhist music, Thuy Trang said: "Before, a musician invited me to sing at a temple, but I refused because I thought the Buddhist place was very solemn. Then, a monk asked me to sing a song taken from the dedication verse, I accepted and recorded it. Strangely, I memorized that song very quickly, while before, I went to the temple to chant sutras all the time but could not memorize them. From then on, I had a chance to listen to Buddhist music."

The song that is loved by the audience and is associated with Thuy Trang's name is "Le Phat Quan Am" (composed by musician Han Chau). The gentle melody and lyrics imbued with the spirit of compassion make the song a familiar piece of music in many Buddhist programs as well as in the spiritual life of listeners.
According to the singer, putting the lyrics into music helps her feel and remember them more easily. Every time she stands on stage or in the studio, she always keeps a calm mind, just hoping to perform her best to fully convey the meaning of the song.

Thuy Trang has a sweet, deep voice.
Although she knows that Buddhist music is not popular and is not commercial, Thuy Trang still chooses to stick with it for a long time. "I feel that since singing Buddhist music, my health has improved and my spirit has become more comfortable. The more I sing, the happier I feel and the more I appreciate this life," she shared.
