The "Brave Soldier" program.
"Haha Family," which aired from June 2025, created a sensation as a program showcasing authentic Vietnamese culture. In this program, five artists – Jun Phạm, Rhymastic, Bùi Công Nam, Duy Khánh, and Ngọc Thanh Tâm – live and work with local people in rural areas for seven days and six nights.
All four legs of the "Haha Family" journey – Bản Liền, Lý Sơn - Sa Huỳnh, Bến Tre (Vĩnh Long), and Đắk Lắk – left their own unique mark. The simple, everyday stories shared by the artists and local people not only showcased the cultural beauty of the region and its people but also evoked special emotions. These included pride in the Vietnamese nation, culture, and people, who, no matter where they are or how difficult the circumstances, maintain an optimistic spirit, uphold traditional values, and a desire to enrich their homeland, showing love and sharing with the community. Examples include Ms. Thông and Mr. Hà overcoming hardship to protect their village and forest, and Mr. Điệp preserving the traditional salt-making craft. In each journey, the participants inspired viewers to love their homeland even more and to want to learn more about the region. Currently, tours to destinations like Bản Liền and Bến Tre are attracting a large number of tourists.
The "Haha Family" also spreads a spirit of responsible living through positive community projects. For example, the "Haha Family - For a Happy Vietnam" initiative launched to plant 20,000 trees for livelihood in Ban Lien, receiving enthusiastic community support for over 8 hectares of forest within just one day of its launch. Similarly, in the Dak Lak leg of the journey, the "Haha Family" promoted elephant conservation by directly participating in and winning awards from the Asian Animal Organization.
Meanwhile, "Brave Soldiers" presents a beautiful image of soldiers in peacetime. The program is loved by the audience for its authenticity and emotional portrayal of 12 artists who portray the daily lives and combat experiences of the Mobile Police and Fire and Rescue forces. In the program, besides the challenges and training for the artists, the audience also sees the rarely mentioned difficulties faced by real soldiers. These include facing danger, feeling helpless because they couldn't save everyone, and the pain of losing comrades… Lieutenant Colonel Le Tan Chau, from the Fire and Rescue Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City; and Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Chi Thanh, Hero of the People's Armed Forces… share their stories and journeys with great authenticity and emotion. These stories not only show the audience the sacrifices and hardships of the soldiers but also evoke in viewers core values of national pride, patriotism, discipline, and responsibility.
Similarly, "Stars Join the Army - When the Homeland Calls" also brings viewers the hardships and discipline of soldiers on the training ground. 30 artists portraying military life with strict discipline and training showcase a beautiful image of Ho Chi Minh's soldiers, always ready for any situation and mission. Training in all terrains and weather conditions demonstrates the resilience, perseverance, and courage of our soldiers; they overcome any difficulty, complete any task, and no one is left behind. In the program, even wounded soldiers persevere in their duties, always supported by their comrades to overcome all challenges.
“Haha Family”, “Brave Soldier”, “Stars Joining the Army - When the Homeland Calls” are not just entertainment content, but also spread educational messages and inspire the community and society with pride in being Vietnamese.
