Many projects have had their groundbreaking ceremonies, commencements, and completions to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Hue.

According to the Hue City People's Committee, along with the opening of the Nguyen Hoang Bridge and the topping-out ceremony ofthe FPT Inter-level School project, the construction project of a commercial, service, and hotel complex at 42 Phan Chu Trinh Street, Truong An Ward, Thuan Hoa District will also break ground on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Hue (March 26, 1975 - March 26, 2025).

In addition, five projects will also commence construction during this period, including: the Creanza high-tech quartz sand processing plant project; the Dat Phuong ultra-white stained glass manufacturing plant project; the social housing project at land plot XH1, in Zone C - An Van Duong New Urban Area; the XH1 and XH4 building blocks of the OXH1 high-rise apartment complex project, Thuy Van Complex Phase 2, Zone B - An Van Duong New Urban Area; and the Chan May Logistics Center project.

The FPT School project, with a total investment of over 432 billion VND, is an educational complex encompassing general education from primary to high school and vocational education from elementary to college level, meeting national standards. It aims to create a modern educational complex to meet the learning and vocational skills needs of people in Hue City and surrounding areas.

The project to build a commercial, service, and hotel complex at 42 Phan Chu Trinh (Truong An Ward, Thuan Hoa District) has a total investment of VND 39.4 billion, with Phu Xuan Investment and Trading Service Company as the investor. This project aims to create a landmark along both banks of the An Cuu River and the Dien Bien Phu road, with a total investment of VND 39.4 billion.

The Creanza High-Tech Quartz Sand Processing Plant project is invested by Creanza CNC Materials Joint Stock Company with a total investment of VND 2,187 billion in Phong Dien Industrial Park.

The Dat Phuong ultra-white stained glass factory project is invested by Dat Phuong Glass Joint Stock Company with a total investment of 2,000 billion VND in Phong Dien Industrial Park.

The social housing project on land plot XH1, in Zone C of the An Van Duong New Urban Area, is invested by Phu My Thuong Investment Joint Stock Company with a total investment of over 842 billion VND.

The XH1 and XH4 building projects, part of the Social Housing - High-Rise Apartment OXH1 project, Thuy Van Complex Phase 2, Zone B - An Van Duong New Urban Area, are invested by the Joint Venture of Cotana JSC and TELIN Group JSC with a total investment of 320 billion VND.
