After more than 4 years of construction, Dong Nai riverside road project belonging to Tran Bien ward, running from Hoa An bridge to the border of Vinh Cuu district (old), has now been opened to the entire route and is expected to finish by the end of 2025.
According to VTC News Electronic Newspaper reporters, more than 5km of road surface has been paved with asphalt concrete, with completed curbs, median strips and lighting systems.
At the construction site, construction units are mobilizing maximum manpower and equipment to speed up progress. Machinery operates continuously, each group of workers divides shifts to complete project items in time for acceptance and put into operation in 2025.

The only point still under urgent construction is the section through the area. "mansion" Vo Ha Thanh (also known as Ong Phu's building). This is a hundred-year-old ancient building, which was once subject to partial demolition according to the original plan. However, after experts and scientists recommended preserving the historical and architectural value of the villa, the Dong Nai Provincial People's Committee agreed to adjust the design and "straighten" the road to keep the building intact.
A representative of Van Nga Phat Company Limited (a unit in the construction consortium) said that after the adjustment decision was made, the contractor mobilized maximum equipment and human resources to speed up the progress of the section passing through the ancient villa.
The Dong Nai riverside road project has a total investment of nearly VND 2,000 billion from the state budget, including more than VND 1,339 billion for road construction (starting at the end of 2021) and VND 613 billion for the riverside embankment system (starting at the end of 2022).
This is one of the province's key projects, expected to create a new traffic axis and improve the urban landscape along the river.
According to a representative of Project Management Board Area 1 (People's Committee of Dong Nai province), the entire project will basically be completed by December 2025, then accepted for operation.
When completed, the line riverside road This not only reduces traffic in the central area of Dong Nai but also creates a beautiful landscape axis, contributing to socio -economic development and improving the quality of life of people in Tran Bien ward in particular and Dong Nai province in general.
