The project of Houses No. 2, 3, 6 and some technical systems including structure, architecture, electricity and water, air conditioning system, ventilation, elevator of Houses No. 2, 3 and 6; Low voltage; Medical gas; Nurse call for the entire project including Houses 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 has a contract value of 811,235 billion VND; the total value of the volume implemented up to January 23, 2024 is estimated at 200 billion VND (about 25% of the contract); the current construction progress meets the progress according to the contract.

The project to build, renovate and upgrade Nam Dinh College of Economics and Technology has a disbursement value of 54,186/65 billion VND of central budget capital (reaching about 83.4% of the plan);
The project to invest in building, renovating and upgrading 66 commune-level health stations has a disbursed value of 124,488/138 billion VND of central budget capital (reaching about 90.2% of the contract value);
The project of Construction, upgrading and renovation of social assistance facilities in Nam Dinh province has disbursed value of 100 billion VND of central budget capital (100% of the plan).
Based on the reports of the units, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Le Doai assigned the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to coordinate with the contractor of the Provincial General Hospital, the Department of Health and the Provincial General Hospital to conduct trial operations of the basically completed items in the category of House No. 1;
Request the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to review and urge the contractor to concentrate resources and equipment to ensure quality and progress according to the signed contract. During the implementation process, if any problems arise, they must be promptly reported to the Provincial People's Committee for immediate resolution; assign the Department of Health to coordinate with the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board and direct the Provincial General Hospital to study and develop a plan to arrange departments and rooms at a new location appropriately so that when the project is completed, it can be handed over for immediate operation.
Mr. Tran Le Doai also requested the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board to coordinate with the Nam Dinh City People's Committee to effectively carry out site clearance for the construction of the Provincial Center for Disease Control; urge contractors to construct projects under the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program to focus maximum human resources and equipment to complete project items to ensure progress and quality according to plan.
