- Excess liquidity, State Bank absorbs nearly 20,000 billion VND
On the afternoon of September 21, the State Bank of Vietnam unexpectedly announced the issuance of VND9,995 billion in 28-day treasury bills after more than 6 months of suspension. - Rescue 6 tons of lobsters that cannot be exported
The leader of the Mong Cai City Customs Department, Quang Ninh, said that on September 19, China restricted the import of lobsters through the opening at km3+4, Hai Yen Ward. After that, some units brought the goods to lagoons and cold storages for preservation. However, many container trucks could not find a place to preserve them in time, causing great damage. Bank interest rates on September 22 recorded a series of banks adjusting down. The market has only one unit with a mobilization interest rate of over 7%. Since the beginning of September, 30 banks have reduced interest rates.
