Warning, in the next 3-6 hours, the Northern provinces will continue to have rain with average rainfall of 5-10mm, some places over 40mm. Particularly, Yen Bai, Tuyen Quang, Phu Tho and Son La provinces will have average rainfall of 10-30mm, some places over 70mm. The North Central provinces will have average rainfall of 20-50mm, some places over 80mm.
