Binh Dinh Mobile Police carry candidate with broken leg to exam

(PLVN) - On June 26, a beautiful image spread at the exam site of Quoc Hoc Quy Nhon School (Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province) when soldiers of the South Central Mobile Police E23 promptly supported and carried candidate D.VP with a broken leg into the exam room, ensuring that he would not miss his important exam.

Student D.VP, a student at Quoc Hoc Quy Nhon High School, unfortunately had a traffic accident on June 25, resulting in a leg injury. However, with the encouragement of his family and school, he remained determined to participate in the 2025 High School Graduation Exam.

Police officers from the South Central Mobile Police Regiment assisted candidate D.VP, who suffered a leg injury, by helping him into the exam room at Quoc Hoc Quy Nhon School to ensure he could take his exam.

As soon as he received information about D.VP's case, Major Pham Hong Nhat, Secretary of the Youth Union of the South Central Mobile Police Regiment E23, quickly mobilized officers and soldiers to assist. This timely action helped P. enter the exam room on time, without affecting his psychology and test time.

Spread the spirit of "Supporting exam season"

This is one of many meaningful activities of the "Supporting Exam Season" program that the Youth of the South Central Mobile Police Regiment E23 is implementing in Binh Dinh. With 60 officers coordinating with Binh Dinh Provincial Youth Union, the program is operating at 4 key exam locations including Le Hong Phong Secondary School, Tran Cao Van High School, Quoc Hoc Quy Nhon High School and Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted.

Inside Quoc Hoc Quy Nhon High School, police officers from the South Central Coast Mobile Police Regiment continued to carry candidate D.VP up the stairs to ensure he reached his exam room.

The program's volunteers not only help regulate traffic, but also provide "zero-cost buses" to pick up and drop off candidates, help contact relatives, and distribute free drinking water, creating the best conditions for candidates during stressful exam days.

Colonel Nguyen Hai Anh, Party Secretary and Commander of the E23 South Central Mobile Police Regiment, emphasized the importance of supporting candidates: "We have directed all officers and soldiers to do their best and provide as much support as possible to the candidates. Each student is the future of the country, and ensuring that they have the best conditions to complete the exam is our noble responsibility."

Student D.VP emotionally said: “I am really happy that the mobile police officers helped me take and carry me to the exam room. This is a great encouragement for me.”

High School Graduation Exam 2025 in Binh Dinh: Scale and careful preparation

The 2025 high school graduation exam in Binh Dinh witnessed an increase in the number of candidates taking the exam, with more than 20,150 students, an increase of 476 candidates compared to the previous year. Of these, there were 407 independent candidates (248 students taking the exam under the 2006 Program and 159 students taking the exam under the 2018 Program).

To ensure the smooth running of the exam, the Provincial Examination Council has arranged 47 examination sites with a total of 880 examination rooms, along with more than 110 waiting rooms and backup examination rooms. More than 2,600 people have been mobilized to serve the organization of the exam, along with the active contribution of many volunteers.

In the Literature exam this morning, according to information from the Departmentof Education and Training, there were 62 absent candidates in the 2018 General Education Program and 27 absent candidates in the 2006 General Education Program. The exam took place normally, with no cases of candidates or invigilators violating exam regulations.

The beautiful actions of the Mobile Police force and volunteers contributed to creating a safe and meaningful exam and spreading the spirit of community support, motivating candidates to overcome this important challenge.
