Coast Guard gives gifts to ethnic and religious people in Binh Dinh

On the afternoon of June 28, the Command of Coast Guard Region 2 coordinated with the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee to organize the program "Coast Guard with ethnic and religious compatriots" in Hoai Hao ward, Hoai Nhon town, Binh Dinh province.

At the Hoai Hao Ward Hall, more than 150 cadres, party members and people of Hoai Hao Ward listened to propaganda on the Party and State's guidelines and policies on seas and islands, the Law on Vietnam Coast Guard, and the work of protecting security, order and safety in Vietnam's seas in direct form and by distributing leaflets.

The Command of Coast Guard Region 2 also presented 50 gifts to ethnic and religious households; visited and presented gifts to two families of heroic Vietnamese mothers: Mother Nguyen Thi Su (whose husband and children are martyrs, Phung Du 2 quarter, Hoai Hao ward), and Mother Chung Thi Chinh (whose two children are martyrs, Tan Thanh 1 quarter, Hoai Hao ward).

On the same day, the Coast Guard Region 2 Command also organized medical examinations, health consultations, and provided free medicine to more than 100 local people.
