Cao Loc: Thoroughly understand and implement regulations and decisions on assigning officials to monitor and support communes, wards, towns, villages, residential areas, and households.

– On the afternoon of January 18th, the Cao Loc District Party Committee held a conference to disseminate and implement the regulations and decisions of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on assigning cadres to monitor and support communes, wards, towns, villages, residential areas, and households. Comrade Nong Luong Chan, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Head of the Provincial Propaganda Department, chaired the conference.

Also attending the conference were leaders from provincial departments and agencies assigned to monitor and support communes and towns in Cao Loc district.

At the conference, delegates were briefed on Regulation No. 1434-QĐ/TU dated October 28, 2023, of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on the responsibilities, powers, working relationships, and reporting regime of Party committee members, leaders, and managers at all levels in charge of monitoring and supporting communes, wards, towns, villages, residential areas, and households; Decision No. 1444-QĐ/TU dated November 9, 2023, of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on assigning members of the Provincial Party Committee; leading officials of provincial departments, agencies, and equivalents to be in charge of monitoring and supporting communes, wards, and towns; and the Decision of the District Party Standing Committee on assigning members of the District Party Committee, leading officials of district departments, agencies, and equivalents to be in charge of monitoring and supporting villages, residential areas, and residential blocks. Report summarizing one year of implementation of Resolution No. 77, dated May 25, 2022, of the Provincial Party Committee on assigning Party committee members, leaders, and managers at all levels to be responsible for, monitor, and support communes, wards, towns, villages, neighborhoods, and households.

Immediately after hearing the briefing and implementation instructions, the delegates exchanged and discussed the content of the documents, regulations, and decisions; clarifying their responsibilities and powers in carrying out their assigned tasks regarding monitoring and supporting villages, neighborhoods, and urban blocks.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nong Luong Chan, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, requested that each Party committee, Party organization, agency, unit, and individual Party committee members, leaders, and managers at all levels continue to pay attention to, create favorable conditions for, and coordinate the monitoring and support in all aspects for the communes and towns under their responsibility, in accordance with the guiding principles of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

The comrade requested: The Cao Loc District Party Committee needs to closely follow the directives of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to promptly issue specific guidance documents for individuals assigned to monitor the situation; thoroughly understand the socio -economic situation in the locality, develop plans and work programs to advise on resolving obstacles and difficulties. At the same time, effectively implement the coordination regulations and reporting system; periodically organize summaries, evaluations, and lessons learned, and consider this as a criterion for annual emulation reviews…
