Nearly 150 delegates were briefed on the organization of the provincial trade union congress.

- On December 17th, the Provincial Federation of Labor (LĐLĐ) organized a training conference on trade union work and implemented several aspects of organizing the provincial trade union congress.

Nearly 150 delegates attended the conference, including presidents or vice presidents, and executive committee members of grassroots trade unions affiliated with the Provincial Federation of Labor and central industry trade unions located in the area.

The leader of the Provincial Federation of Labor Unions delivered the opening speech at the conference.

At the conference, delegates were provided with knowledge and skills related to trade union work relevant to the current situation; content related to the organization of the 18th Provincial Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term; and guidance and feedback on the draft revised and supplemented charter of the Vietnam Trade Union and the report of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (13th term) to be presented at the 14th Vietnam Trade Union Congress.

The delegates studied the contents related to the organization of the 18th Provincial Trade Union Congress.

Specifically, as of now, most of the eligible grassroots trade unions have successfully organized their congresses and conferences for the 2025-2030 term in accordance with the regulations of the Vietnam Trade Union Charter and the guidelines of the Provincial Federation of Labor.

The Provincial Labor Union has also prepared the content and conditions for organizing the 18th Provincial Labor Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term in accordance with the regulations and guidelines of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. The Congress will be held over two days, December 24th and 25th, 2025, at the Provincial Conference Center.

Through the conference, delegates were equipped with additional knowledge and professional skills necessary to apply in practice, thereby contributing to improving the quality of grassroots trade union activities, and at the same time unifying understanding and methods, aiming towards the successful organization of the 18th Provincial Trade Union Congress for the 2025-2030 term.
