Conference delegates
Over the past 5 years, the company's staff and workers have actively responded to emulation movements, contributing to the successful completion of political tasks and production and business plans assigned by the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group. Emulation movements are regularly organized monthly and quarterly with many diverse forms such as: "Good workers - creative workers", "Reclamation - replanting", "Skill training - good worker competition", "Green - clean - beautiful - ensuring occupational safety and hygiene"... Through these movements, many typical advanced collectives and individuals have emerged, contributing many technical innovation initiatives and solutions that have been effectively applied in the management and care of gardens at enterprises and factories.
Through emulation movements, we continue to affirm the spirit of solidarity, patriotism, and enthusiasm for working in the difficult conditions of the whole industry due to the constant fluctuation and sharp decrease in rubber latex prices. All rubber tapping farms have completed and exceeded their annual plans. The average productivity of the orchards has continuously increased year after year. Many units of the company have continuously joined the group's club with orchard productivity of over 2 tons/ha.
6 collectives and 31 typical advanced individuals in the patriotic emulation movement in the period of 2020-2025 were awarded
In the past 5 years, the entire company has had 10 collectives and individuals awarded certificates of merit by the Prime Minister ; 462 collectives and individuals awarded certificates of merit by provinces, branches, ministries; 109 collectives achieved the title of excellent workers of the group... Delegates listened to representatives of typical advanced collectives and individuals share and exchange experiences and initiatives in the working process.
At the conference, the Chairman of the Company's Trade Union launched the emulation movement for the 2025-2030 period with practical and effective contents.
