Vinh Phuc unifies administrative hours throughout the year

Starting today (June 5), administrative agencies, public service agencies, and socio -political organizations of the province will implement unified working hours throughout the year. Specifically, working hours in the morning are from 7:30 to 11:30; in the afternoon from 13:00 to 17:00 on weekdays from Monday to Friday.

For enterprises, production and business establishments of all economic sectors, and economic public service units: Units shall arrange working hours and weekly rest for employees, in accordance with the production and business situation, ensuring compliance with the provisions of law.

For schools,educational and training establishments, hospitals, and medical examination and treatment establishments: The Department of Education and Training and the Department of Health shall base on the regulations on working hours per day for state agencies in the above-mentioned province and regulations of the industry to provide specific guidance on working hours and weekly holidays for educational and medical establishments to ensure compliance with the provisions of the Labor Code.

For Central agencies located in the province: Based on administrative working hours in Vinh Phuc province to decide appropriate working hours according to authority.

The application of unified working hours replaces the previous two summer and winter time frames. Previously, Vinh Phuc divided working hours by season: Summer working hours are from 7:00 am to 11:30 am, afternoon working hours are from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm; Winter working hours are from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm, afternoon working hours are from 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

Unifying working hours throughout the year will contribute to creating consistency in management work, improving efficiency in serving people and businesses, and facilitating transactions, travel and activities of officials and people in the province.
