Provincial Business Association equips members with legal knowledge

- On the afternoon of June 6, at Muong Thanh Hotel, Tuyen Quang Province Business Association held a conference to provide legal knowledge training for businesses; held an extended Executive Committee meeting, reviewed the work of the first 6 months of the year and deployed directions and tasks for the last 6 months of the year.

At the conference, the Provincial Legal Consulting Center introduced and analyzed the contents of four important resolutions, including: Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW on science, technology development, innovation and national digital transformation; Resolution No. 59-NQ/TW on international integration in the new situation; Resolution No. 66-NQ/TW on innovation in law making and enforcement; Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW on private economic development. These are all resolutions that have a profound impact on the activities of the business community in the current period and in the future.

In the last 6 months of the year, the Association focused on propagating and widely disseminating the Party and State's policies and guidelines to the business community, especially Resolution 68-NQ/TW on private economic development. The Association aims for 100% of businesses and entrepreneurs to apply digital technology and artificial intelligence in management, production and business.

At the same time, continue to promote the role of a bridge between enterprises and Party committees and authorities, enhance dialogue, promptly reflect difficulties and obstacles for effective solutions. The Association is also implementing the transformation of the grassroots association organization model to suit the new conditions after the merger, ensuring unified and effective operations in the next phase.
