Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee hands over charity houses in Di Linh district

(LĐ online) - On the afternoon of June 6, the Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee coordinated with the Di Linh district government to organize the handover of a charity house to Ms. Ka Det's household (Kơ Nệt village, Bảo Thuận commune).

Mr. Luong Hong Khoa - Deputy of the Internal Affairs Committee of Lam Dong Provincial Party Committee handed over the house to Mrs. Ka Det's family.

After nearly 2 months of construction, the house was handed over for use with an area of ​​56 ^m2 , including 1 living room, 2 bedrooms and toilet, corrugated iron roof, tiled floor. The total construction cost was 120 million VND; of which, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee supported 40 million VND and the Di Linh District People's Committee supported 80 million VND.

It is known that Ms. Ka Det belongs to a particularly poor household in Bao Thuan commune, with little land for production, and is living with her daughter, a single mother raising a young child.

Bao Thuan commune authorities presented meaningful gifts to Mrs. Ka Det.

The project was handed over and put into use in response to the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in Lam Dong province for poor households, near-poor households, and households in difficult circumstances. Thereby, contributing to sharing and supporting households to strive to stabilize their lives.

On this occasion, Coi Nguon Golf Club also provided financial support to purchase some items such as tables, chairs, beds and mattresses; Bao Thuan commune authorities also presented meaningful gifts to congratulate Mrs. Ka Det's family on moving into their new home.
