Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Culinary Festival 2025

On the afternoon of June 5, at Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Cultural Park, Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company organized the Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Culinary Festival 2025.

The festival has 20 teams from all over the country. The Organizing Committee provides each team with a budget of 1.5 million VND and 20 grams of refined bird's nest from Khanh Hoa natural bird's nest island.

With the above ingredients, in 90 minutes, each team of 3 members will prepare 2 dishes, including 1 savory dish and 1 sweet dish, for 4 people. The dishes will be judged on the preparation method, culinary performance, and honoring the quintessence of bird's nest cuisine. In addition, the explanation helps the audience feel the nutritional value of bird's nest from Khanh Hoa's natural bird's nest island.

According to Chairwoman of the Board of Members of Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company Trinh Thi Hong Van, this is an annual activity to bring the audience creative and unique culinary art performances, honoring the quintessence of salanganes nest cuisine.

The Organizing Committee awarded 1 Special Prize worth 30 million VND; 2 First Prizes, 3 Second Prizes; 4 Third Prizes; 6 Encouragement Prizes and 6 Effort Prizes.

On this occasion, Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company spent more than 450 million VND on charity activities such as giving 3 solidarity houses to help people in difficult circumstances; giving 50 scholarships to students who have overcome difficulties to study well; and giving 20 eye surgeries to the poor.

Within the framework of the event, Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company organized an exhibition of art photos of the salanganes nest industry with the theme "The Quintessence of the Salanganes Nest Industry". The exhibition displayed 86 works of art that won high prizes in the Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Photo Contest organized by the Company.
